Norstella is seeking an experienced RWD Analytic Consultant to support real‑world data engagements in the U.S. health care landscape. You will query diverse data sources, collaborate with clinical and data science teams, and transform raw data into clear insights that drive decision making.

The role emphasizes hands‑on analytics, data documentation, and practical business translation, with a focus on delivering evidence‑based results for life sciences clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience in life sciences, healthcare data, or EMR/EHR.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem solving.
• Proficient Excel and PowerPoint; SQL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze claims, lab, EMR, and real‑world data to support engagements.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians and other teams.
• Clean, validate, and transform data for analysis and reporting.
• Develop data dictionaries, mappings and data lineage documentation.
• Translate analytic outputs into actionable business insights.
