Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support real-world data engagements for biopharma clients. You will query and analyze claims, lab results, EMR data, and other sources to extract actionable insights and help drive evidence-based decisions.

Role requires strong SQL and data analytics skills, experience with healthcare datasets, and collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and commercial teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years of hands-on RWD experience with claims, lab, EMR/EHR, and related data.
• Strong problem solving, data handling, and attention to detail.
• Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient SQL querying.
• Able to collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and healthcare professionals.
• US healthcare ecosystem knowledge and client-facing capability are a plus.
