Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to drive insights from wide-ranging real-world data sources, including claims, EMR, and lab data. You will query, analyze, and translate findings into actionable business insights for life sciences clients.

The role requires collaboration with clinicians, data scientists, and healthcare professionals, strong data-cleaning skills, and the ability to document data lineage and mappings.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Public Health, Computer Science).
• 3+ years of professional experience working hands on with RWD (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
• Understanding of life sciences industry and US healthcare ecosystem.

Mansioni

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, lab results, EMR) to support analytical use cases.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Develop and maintain data documentation, including data dictionaries, mappings, and lineage.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
• All other duties, as assigned.
