Norstella is seeking a RWD Analytic Consultant to support real‑world data engagements across the life sciences industry. The role requires passion for sleuthing through RWD to unpack insights and solve business problems for clients.

This position emphasizes SQL‑driven analysis of healthcare data, collaboration with multi‑disciplinary teams, and the ability to translate analytics into strategic recommendations for US healthcare clients. Remote work within the United States is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on with real-world data (claims, lab, EMR/EHR) in life sciences.
• Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and data sources.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, EMR, lab) to extract insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define requirements and deliver insights.
• Clean, transform, and document data with data dictionaries and lineage; ensure data quality.
• Translate analytic outputs into actionable business recommendations.
