Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support real-world data engagements across the life sciences industry. You will query, analyze, and transform claims, EMR, lab, and other real-world data to uncover actionable insights for clients.

You will collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and statisticians, ensuring data quality and delivering clear business recommendations. The role requires US healthcare knowledge and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional RWD experience.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Understanding of US healthcare ecosystem.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to translate analytics into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze a wide range of healthcare data sources (claims, EMR, labs).
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements and deliver insights.
• Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
• Develop data documentation, data dictionaries, mappings, and lineage to ensure transparency.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
