Job summary

Norstella is seeking a high-energy RWD Analytic Consultant to support RWD engagements across the life sciences industry. You will query diverse healthcare data sources, analyze trends, and translate findings into actionable business insights, collaborating with clinicians, data scientists, and statisticians.

The role requires a strong foundation in SQL, data analysis, and healthcare knowledge, with experience in EMR, claims, and lab data.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Epidemiology, Mathematics, Public Health, Computer Science).
Minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience working with RWD (claims, lab, EMR/EHR, etc.).
Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

Query and analyze healthcare data sources including claims, labs, EMR, and other real-world data.
Enhance understanding of healthcare trends and support evidence-based decision-making.
Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define analytical requirements.
Clean, validate, and transform raw data into structured formats for analysis.
Develop and maintain data documentation, mappings, and lineage for transparency.
Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
