Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with real‑world data (RWD).
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis with strong Excel/PowerPoint skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and independently.

Responsibilities

• Query and analyze healthcare data sources (claims, lab, EMR, etc.) to support RWD use cases.
• Transform data into structured formats for analysis and insights.
• Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, statisticians, and healthcare professionals to define requirements.
• Translate analytic outputs into consultative business insights.
