Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team, handling real-time inbound calls from motorists nationwide. You will guide stranded drivers through urgent events, coordinate with service providers, and provide calm, empathetic support.

Responsibilities

• De-escalate and support customers through stressful roadside events.
• Navigate dispatch software and Google Maps to track progress in real time.
• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
