Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will take inbound calls from motorists nationwide and guide them through urgent, stressful situations, coordinating with service providers to dispatch the right help fast.

In this role you will stay calm under pressure, use empathy to reassure customers, and work across multiple digital tools and CRMs to resolve incidents quickly. Agero offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a dedicated, quiet home office setup for remote work.
• Excellent communication, empathy, and active listening required.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to assist stranded drivers.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate difficult situations with empathy and clear guidance.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools simultaneously.
• Excel in a remote, performance-driven team environment using Zoom and Google Chat.
