Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to support stranded drivers by taking real-time inbound calls across the U.S. You will guide customers through urgent events, coordinate with providers, and ensure timely dispatch.

The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and strong problem-solving in a remote setting. Onboarding may require in-person travel to Medford initially; subsequent work is conducted remotely with a dedicated production schedule and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and gather location/issue details.

• Collaborate with a remote team via Zoom/Chat.
