Job summary

Agero is seeking Remote Response Associates to support motorists across the United States. You will answer real-time inbound calls, assess needs, and guide customers through an urgent, unplanned event with empathy and clarity.

You’ll coordinate with external providers, navigate multiple dispatch tools and CRMs, and maintain calm, helpful communication even under pressure. Agero offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to gather location and vehicle details.

• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools concurrently.
• Collaborate effectively in a virtual team using Zoom and Google Chat.
