Job summary

Agero, Inc. is hiring Remote Response Associates to aid stranded motorists across the U.S. You will serve as the first point of contact, taking real-time inbound calls and guiding customers through urgent, unplanned events.

You will dispatch the right help and support customers until resolutions are achieved. The role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to multitask whileusing multiple dispatch tools.

Qualifications

• Location: reside in Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, Tennessee, or Virginia.
• Customer-facing experience: 1+ years in a fast-paced contact center or similar.
• Background check: successful completion required.
• Workspace: dedicated quiet home office with own equipment.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to gather details and dispatch assistance quickly.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with active listening and empathy.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems and dispatch tools to track progress.
• Collaborate in a remote, performance-driven team via Zoom and Google Chat.
