Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to support drivers across the United States. You will be the first point of contact when a vehicle breaks down, guiding customers through an urgent, unplanned event and coordinating with roadside providers to dispatch help efficiently.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and effective communication while using multiple dispatch tools in a fast-paced, remote environment. Training and onboarding may be in Medford as needed.

Qualifications

• Empathy for distressed customers and real-time problem solving.
• Excellent listening and communication to gather details and guide customers.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls and gather details for dispatch.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy during stressful events.
• Navigate multiple web-based systems to track service progress.
• Collaborate in a remote, performance-driven team using Zoom/Chat.
