Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to join our Roadside Assistance team. You will be the first point of contact for drivers in need, handling real-time inbound calls across the U.S.

and guiding customers through an urgent, unplanned event with calm, clear directions. Responsibilities include dispatching with accuracy, using multiple dispatch tools and CRMs, and collaborating with a virtual team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of continuous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, MS, TN, or VA.
• Pass a comprehensive criminal background screening.
• Dedicated, quiet home office setup; own equipment.
• Ability to work remotely using multiple dispatch and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume calls, gather location and vehicle details to dispatch help quickly.
• Dispatch with accuracy by coordinating with external service providers.
• De-escalate and support customers with empathy during stressful events.
• Navigate multiple web-based dispatch tools and CRMs to track progress.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote team via Zoom and Google Chat.
