Job summary

Agero, Inc. is seeking Remote Response Associates to handle inbound roadside assistance calls across the United States. You will be the calm voice guiding drivers through urgent, unplanned events and coordinating with partners to dispatch help.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and rapid problem-solving in a high-volume, remote environment. A dedicated home office and standard remote tools are required.
