Agero is hiring Remote Response Associates to help stranded drivers via inbound calls across the U.S. You will coordinate dispatch, guide customers, and work with a team in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

This role requires a quiet home office, reliable internet, and comfort with multiple digital tools. You will be the first point of contact for motorists, providing empathetic support, accurate directions, and timely escalation when needed.

Qualifications

• Location: reside in AL, AZ, FL, GA, MS, MO, TN, or VA.
• Customer-facing experience: 1+ year in fast-paced environments.
• Background check: pass a comprehensive screening.
• Home-office: quiet, dedicated workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Handle High-Volume Calls: gather details and dispatch in real time.
• Dispatch with Accuracy: coordinate with external service providers.
• De-escalate & Support: calm customers with empathy and clear guidance.
• Navigate Digital Tools: use multiple dispatch systems and web tools.
• Excel in a Virtual Team: collaborate remotely via Zoom and Google Chat.
