AAA Remote Roadside Assistance Dispatch Specialist is the calm voice people count on, delivering reassurance and fast action when drivers are stranded. You will support members in real time, dispatch to technicians, and make quick, accurate decisions to ensure help arrives promptly.

This essential role requires strong communication, technical navigation across systems, and teamwork. The job includes afternoons with some in-office meetings in PA and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of reassurance during roadside emergencies.
• Dispatch quickly and accurately to AAA Fleet Technicians and partners.
• Make real-time decisions prioritizing urgency, safety, weather, and traffic.
• Keep members informed with proactive updates on arrival times.
• Document key details for seamless service and team communication.
• Deliver a one-call resolution experience and solve problems efficiently.
• Collaborate with technicians and contractors to ensure reliable service.
• Stay flexible and team-focused to support operations.
