AAA The Auto Club Group in Chicago, IL is seeking a Fleet Dispatcher to dispatch emergency roadside assistance and manage calls via radio, phone, or electronic systems. You will determine member locations through map reading and provide detailed directions to field personnel.

The role requires high school education, data entry and strong communication skills, with case-by-case payment handling and a 24x7 operational environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to navigate computer systems and enter data accurately.
• Basic math skills and ability to communicate clearly.
• Experience resolving customer concerns and inquiries.
• Geography knowledge and strong written communication.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor dispatched calls and take action to resolve service issues.
• Handle driver/customer escalations following procedures.
• Provide explanations and reports on service issues.
• Close service requests using the dispatch system.
• Accept payments when necessary and maintain records.
• Assist coworkers and junior dispatchers as needed.
