Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to support injured workers through coordination of treatment, providers, and employers. This is a full-time work-from-home role with regular local travel for in-person appointments in the Tyler, TX area.

You will work independently, advocate for cost-effective care, manage caseloads, and ensure timely, appropriate services while collaborating with physicians and employers to facilitate safe return-to-work outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing; URAC-certified case management credentials preferred.
• Travel required to attend in-person appointments; reliable transportation required.
• Must have reliable internet access and be able to work remotely with occasional on-site visits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with physicians/providers, employers, and patients.
• Assess recovery and determine whether injuries are occupational or non-occupational.
• Develop and modify treatment plans to support early return-to-work.
• Ensure cost-effective, appropriate healthcare services and documentation for submittals.
• Manage workload and prioritize cases; attend appointments as needed.
• Prepare status updates for customers and perform other duties as assigned.
