Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager in a remote role with regular local travel to meet in-person appointments in Austin, TX. You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement treatment plans that restore work capacity while controlling costs.

The position requires nursing credentials with 2+ years clinical practice preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Benefits include a comprehensive package, generous vacation, and travel reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN or COHN, COHN-S, RN-BC, ACM, CMAC, CMC).

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals with input from physicians/providers and employers.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and utilize resources to tailor treatment plans.
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases.
• Attend injured worker appointments when appropriate and prepare status updates for customers.
