You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop treatment plans, monitor progress, and ensure cost-effective healthcare and timely recovery.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred.
• Workers' compensation-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to return injured workers to work.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to tailor treatment plans.
• Manage workload and travel to in-person appointments.
• Provide status updates and communicate with customers as required.
• Attend injured workers' appointments when appropriate.
