Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers, and patients, ensuring safe return to work.

This full-time, work-from-home position requires travel for in-person appointments in the Austin, TX area. A bilingual English/ Spanish preference is noted. Comprehensive benefits, equipment, mileage reimbursement, and training are included to support your growth.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assess recovery progress and determine whether conditions are occupational.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and resources to ensure appropriate, cost-effective care.
• Facilitate early return-to-work by modifying job duties where feasible.
