Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager (RN) for a full‑time, remote role anywhere in the United States. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and injured individuals to design and implement effective treatment plans that promote return to work and cost‑effective care.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred, workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficient in basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans.
• Advise on treatment plans considering injuries, medications, comorbidities, and job duties.
• Interview injured individuals to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Assist in tailoring case plans and return-to-work strategies with employers and providers.
• Prepare status updates for customers and support training of new staff.
• Manage workload independently and prioritize cases for efficient handling.
