Enlyte in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) for a full-time role. The position is remote when not traveling locally, with regular in-person patient appointments in the Raleigh area.

You will collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and patients to develop and implement treatment plans that restore function, ensure cost-effective healthcare, and support a safe return to work. Travel within assigned geography is required.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards in practice.
• Advise on treatment plans using knowledge of injuries, meds, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians to create individualized treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload, prioritize cases, and prepare status updates for customers.
