Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate care for injured workers across the United States. This full-time, work-from-home role requires residency in the San Antonio area to support local travel for in-person appointments.

You’ll collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and clients to create cost-effective treatment plans that promote maximum medical recovery and safe return to work. Bilingual skills are a plus and a comprehensive benefits package is provided.

Qualifications

• RN license required and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ comp experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage treatment plans with physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Coordinate in-person appointments and travel as needed.
• Document updates and prepare status reports for customers.
• Ensure cost-effective, appropriate healthcare services and recovery goals.
