Job summary

Enlyte in Franklin, TN is seeking a Field Case Manager to coordinate treatment plans with physicians, employers and patients, ensuring timely and cost-effective care while promoting maximum medical recovery.

This full-time, remote-when-traveling role requires RN licensure, strong communication, and the ability to travel to in-person appointments; includes comprehensive benefits, paid time off, and ongoing case-management training.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Proficiency in advocating with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Interview disabled persons to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to create tailored treatment plans.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties for early return to work.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on patient progress.
• Independently manage workload and prioritize cases; attend appointments when appropriate.
