Job summary

Enlyte is hiring for a Field Case Manager to support patients recovering from workplace injuries or auto accidents. This full-time, work-from-home position requires you to be located in the Houston, Texas area for regular local travel to in-person appointments.

Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. You will work with treating physicians, employers, and injured individuals to create treatment plans that promote maximum medical recovery and safe, cost-effective healthcare services.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers; work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers to achieve return-to-work goals.
• Collaborate with employers and providers to tailor and modify job duties when possible.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Manage workload independently, prioritizing cases and updating status for customers.
• Attend injured workers’ appointments and provide status updates as needed.
