Enlyte is seeking a full-time RN case manager positioned remotely with regular travel to Denver, CO for in-person appointments. The role combines clinical expertise with case management to support injured workers’ recovery and safe return to work.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, 2+ years of clinical practice, and are proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Travel, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years of clinical practice preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC).

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice to plan treatment.
• Assess recovery and determine occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers to tailor treatment plans.
• Coordinate with employers to modify duties for early return to work.
• Manage workload and document status updates for customers.
