Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager to support injured workers by coordinating medical care and return-to-work plans. The role is full-time and remote, with regular in-person appointments in the Jackson, Mississippi area.

You will collaborate with physicians, employers, and patients to develop cost-effective treatment plans, monitor progress, and adjust goals as needed. Requires RN licensure, strong communication, and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• RN license active and in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers’ compensation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to advocate with physicians, employers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate treatment plans with treating physicians and employers.
• Assess recovery and determine if injuries are occupational or non-occupational.
• Travel to in-person appointments and manage caseloads independently.
