Job summary

argenx is seeking a Rheumatology Territory Business Manager to oversee Sarasota, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton markets. You will build relationships with clinicians, academic centers, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will lead demand generation using data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration while upholding the highest standards of integrity and compliance in a fast-paced, evolving biotech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in specialty/biologics sales, Rheumatology preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute territory/account plans leveraging insights.
• Drive demand generation through data-driven insights and customer engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Utilize approved tools and resources to inform decision-making and maximize impact.
• Aim to consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives with integrity.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans in a timely manner.
• Address challenges and opportunities within the territory with ownership.
