Job summary

argenx is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology demand in Sarasota, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton, FL. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers to improve patient access and outcomes, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration.

The TBM will travel within the territory, develop strategic plans, execute account plans, and consistently achieve sales objectives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience in rheumatology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging customer insights to drive performance.
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions that improve engagement and patient outcomes.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, specialty pharmacy partners, and infusion providers.
• Apply data, market intelligence, and approved tools to inform decision-making and maximize impact.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining integrity and compliance.
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time.
