Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Sarasota, West Palm Beach, and Boca Raton, FL, delivering patient-focused outcomes. You will build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and infusion providers while collaborating with regional teams to maximize market access and patient impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective completion
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using data-driven insights
• Identify opportunities and implement creative solutions to improve engagement and patient outcomes
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and infusion providers
• Use data and market intelligence to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining high integrity and compliance
• Submit account plans and CRM activity accurately and on time
• Take ownership of business results and address challenges proactively
• Listen to customers, patients, caregivers, and colleagues to improve service
