argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to lead demand generation in Rheumatology across Philadelphia, Valley Forge, West Chester markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Reporting to the Business Leader, you will develop data-driven territory plans, collaborate across cross-functional teams, and execute strategic initiatives to exceed sales objectives while upholding

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales; Rheumatology experience preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Product launch experience preferred and residing in assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging data and insights.
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and infusion providers.
• Submit CRM activity and account plans on time.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability for business results.
