argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across Harrisburg, Wilkes-Barre, and surrounding PA markets. You will develop territory plans, engage healthcare professionals, and work with regional partners to meet access and patient outcomes objectives.

The role requires 5+ years in specialty/rare disease sales, with strong data-driven decision making and product-launch experience preferred. Remote-friendly role with incentives and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

5+ years in specialty/rare disease/biologics sales, Rheumatology experience preferred.
Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives.
Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies.
Ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Product launch experience desired.
