argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand and build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic centers, and specialty providers across the Trenton, Camden NJ and Philadelphia PA region.

You will develop strategic plans, leverage data insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet sales objectives while ensuring compliance and patient access. This role reports to the Business Leader and supports expansion in the U.S. market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with strong Rheumatology exposure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain key stakeholder relationships.
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory & account strategies.

Responsabilités

• Travel within the assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve shared goals.
