You will cover Jacksonville, FL; Mobile, AL; Pensacola, FL, traveling to engage stakeholders and develop strategic plans to exceed sales objectives in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience with Rheumatology emphasis
• Proven track record of high sales performance and meeting objectives
• Experience planning, organizing, and executing territory/account strategies
• Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Product launch experience preferred
• BS or BA degree required
• Candidates must reside within the assigned market/territory

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage key stakeholders and support business objectives
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using market insights
• Demonstrate innovation by identifying opportunities and improving customer engagement
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals
• Build relationships with healthcare professionals, affiliated staff, and providers
