argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive Rheumatology sales across the Minneapolis–Saint Paul and Duluth markets. You will develop strategic territory plans, build key relationships with healthcare professionals and providers, and leverage data insights to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and execution against objectives.
• Experience planning, organizing and executing territory/account strategies.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
