argenx SE is seeking a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation in Rheumatology across Memphis, Nashville, and TN markets. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty pharmacy providers to improve patient access and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of specialty/rare disease/biologics sales experience; significant Rheumatology experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of high sales performance and objective achievement.
• Experience planning and executing territory and account strategies.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned geography to engage stakeholders and support business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans leveraging insights.
• Collaborate with regional colleagues and cross-functional partners to achieve goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and specialty providers.
• Utilize data and approved tools to inform decisions and maximize impact.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives with integrity and compliance.
