Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes powering our GTM motion. You’ll design territory logic across events and communities and maintain data integrity in the CRM stack.

You’ll blend hands-on Excel work and scripting with strategic tooling decisions, collaborating with frontline sales and supporting a fast‑growing, fully remote team while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus.
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and data enrichment workflows.
• HubSpot familiarity and integration with Salesforce and other tools.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Develop lead/account scoring models for tens of thousands of accounts with auditable rules.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment, engagement, reporting, and events systems.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource to drive tool adoption.
• Identify gaps in processes, data, and tools and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations: sequences, templates, provisioning, adoption tracking.
• Build cleanup workflows in Excel and use AI/automation to speed processes.
• Deliver recurring reports and trusted CRM outputs for leadership and finance/ops.
