Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion in a fully remote role. The position focuses on designing territory and account logic, maintaining data quality, and optimizing the Go-To-Market tech stack across multiple events and communities.

The ideal candidate will balance hands-on data work with strategic tooling decisions, leveraging Excel, enrichment tools, and scoring models to drive efficiency and revenue growth.

Competenze

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role in B2B events, media, or membership.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus.

Mansioni

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Develop and refresh lead/account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community role).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current via ZoomInfo and other tools; support prospecting cycles.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource; drive tool adoption.
• Spot gaps in processes, data, and tools; recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations; evaluate new tools and migrations.
• Create cleanup workflows in Excel; use AI/automation to accelerate work.
• Deliver recurring reports and trusted CRM outputs for sales leadership.
