Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations and prospect data infrastructure, designing territory and account logic across our events and communities, and ensuring clean data flows between the CRM and enrichment tools.

You will maintain contact and account data, build scoring models, and collaborate with sales to drive scalable, data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations or sales/data operations.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities.
• ZoomInfo power user with advanced search and filters.
• HubSpot familiarity and Salesforce integration experience.
• Advanced Excel with experience building lead/account scoring models.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists.
• Define territory and account assignment across events and communities.
• Build and refresh lead and account scoring models.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment tools.
• Keep contact and account records current with ZoomInfo.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations and evaluate new tools.
• Create repeatable cleanup workflows in Excel using AI/automation.
• Deliver recurring reports and trusted CRM outputs.
