Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. This role sits at the intersection of sales operations and prospect data infrastructure, designing and maintaining territory and account assignment logic across events and communities, while ensuring data between the CRM and enrichment tools remains clean.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role in B2B events, media, or membership.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports (flows a plus).
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and limits; builder at heart with data expertise.
• HubSpot familiarity, esp. integration with Salesforce and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and events.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead/account scoring models at scale (tens of thousands of records).

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models with documented rules.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment/engagement systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates.
• Partner with sales reps as RevOps resource; promote tool adoption.
• Identify process/data/tool gaps and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations and pilot new tools.
• Create cleanup workflows in Excel using AI/automation.
• Deliver regular reports and reliable CRM outputs for sales/finance.
