Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes behind our GTM motion. You will design territory logic, maintain data integrity across CRM and enrichment tools, and optimize scoring models for a multi-event ecosystem.

You will bridge sales operations and data infrastructure, partnering with frontline sales reps, iterating on processes, and driving tool adoption. Remote-friendly with a fast-paced, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus.
• ZoomInfo power user with knowledge of credits, filters and limits; builder at heart with data systems expertise.
• HubSpot familiarity, especially integrations with Salesforce and related tools such as enrichment and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead or account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Develop and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community role).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Maintain contact/account records with ZoomInfo and similar tools; support data-driven cycles and rep reassignments.
