Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. You will design territory and account logic, maintain data quality, and optimize the end-to-end RevOps stack across CRM, enrichment, and events.

You'll bridge hands-on data work with strategic tooling decisions, collaborating with sales and finance to drive efficiency and impact while working in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations or equivalent analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities.
• Experience with ZoomInfo credits, filters, and limits.
• HubSpot integration with Salesforce and related tools.
• Advanced Excel skills for lead/account scoring at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists.
• Create and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment tools; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current using ZoomInfo and related tools.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource and drive tool adoption.
• Identify gaps and recommend process/data/tool improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations and pilot new tools.
