Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion in a fully remote role. You will design territory and account logic, maintain data flows between CRM systems, and ensure clean data across our events and communities, working closely with sales and operations teams.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel skills, hands-on CRM expertise, and a track record of building scalable lead and account scoring models for large datasets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst roles in B2B events, media, or membership.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus.
• ZoomInfo power user with knowledge of credits, filters, and limits; builder at heart with strong systems and data expertise.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account logic across events and communities; balance rep coverage by revenue band.
