Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion. You will design and maintain territory and account logic across events and communities, ensure data cleanliness between the CRM and enrichment tools, and balance hands-on data work with strategic tooling decisions.

The ideal candidate has RevOps experience, strong Salesforce expertise, and hands-on use of ZoomInfo and HubSpot, plus advanced Excel for scoring models and workflow

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports; flows a plus.
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and limits; builder at heart with data expertise.
• HubSpot familiarity, especially its integration with Salesforce and related tools such as enrichment, reporting, and events.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead/account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Develop and refresh lead and account scoring models for ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, and community role.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates during prospecting cycles.
