Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes across the GTM motion. You’ll design territory and account logic for events and communities, maintain data quality, and optimize the Go-To-Market stack.

The role blends hands-on data work in Excel and enrichment tools with high-level tooling decisions, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and finance to drive efficiency and scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with a solid grasp of its architecture.
• ZoomInfo power user who knows its credits, filters, and limits.
• HubSpot familiarity is a strong plus, especially how it integrates with Salesforce and other tools.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead or account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across multiple events and communities.
• Build and refresh lead and account scoring models to tier and route thousands of accounts with auditable rules.
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and similar tools.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource, sharing best practices and driving tool adoption.
• Proactively spot gaps in processes, data, and tools, and recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations, evaluate and pilot new tools, and support vendor comparisons.
• Build repeatable cleanup workflows in Excel, using AI and automation.
• Deliver recurring reports and ad hoc analyses, maintaining trusted scoring, assignment, and outputs.
