Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own the systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion in a fully remote role. You will design and maintain territory logic, ensure data integrity across CRM and enrichment tools, and balance coverage with revenue and market mix.

Collaboration with sales, marketing, and finance is essential. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in RevOps or related roles, strong Salesforce and ZoomInfo skills, and experience building scalable lead scoring.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations or similar analyst role (B2B events/media).
• Hands-on Salesforce architecture (accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports).
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and usage limits.
• HubSpot familiarity, esp. integration with Salesforce and enrichment/ reporting tools.
• Advanced Excel and building lead/account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across 11+ events and 14+ communities.
• Refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry, community role).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, enrichment, engagement, reporting, and event systems; troubleshoot sync issues.
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates.
• Partner with frontline sales reps as RevOps resource; promote tool adoption and best practices.
• Identify gaps in processes, data, and tools; recommend improvements.
• Manage day-to-day tool operations (sequences, templates, provisioning, adoption tracking).
• Create repeatable cleanup workflows in Excel using AI/automation.
