Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to own systems and data supporting our GTM motions from sales to events. You will design territory logic, maintain data quality, and govern the Go-to-Market tech stack.

The role blends hands-on data work with strategic tooling decisions in a fast-paced, remote environment. You will collaborate with sales and operations to optimize processes, build scoring models, and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or similar analyst role
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts, contacts, opportunities, reports
• ZoomInfo power user with credits, filters, and limits
• HubSpot familiarity, esp. integration with Salesforce and related tools
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead/account scoring models

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools
• Build and maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities
• Refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP fit, revenue tier, industry) for routing
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment/engagement systems
• Keep contact and account records current through ZoomInfo and bulk updates
• Partner with sales reps as RevOps resource and drive tool adoption
• Spot gaps in processes, data and tools and recommend improvements
• Manage day-to-day tool operations (sequences, templates, provisioning)
• Build cleanup workflows in Excel using AI and automation
• Deliver recurring reports and trusted CRM outputs for leadership
