Job summary

Assemble is seeking a Revenue Operations Lead to own systems, data, and processes supporting our GTM motion in a fully remote role. You will design territory logic, maintain data integrity across the CRM stack, and enable sales leadership with reliable analytics.

You should bring 4+ years in RevOps or related data operations, strong Salesforce expertise, and hands-on experience with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and Excel. Join a fast‑growing team that values collaboration and impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Revenue Operations, sales/data operations, or a similar analyst role.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience with accounts/contacts/opportunities/reports.
• ZoomInfo power user with experience building prospect lists and data enrichment.
• HubSpot familiarity, especially integration with Salesforce and related tools.
• Advanced Excel and experience building lead or account scoring models at scale.

Responsibilities

• Source outbound leads and build targeted prospect lists using ZoomInfo and other tools.
• Maintain territory and account assignment logic across events and communities.
• Build and refresh lead and account scoring models (ICP, revenue tier, industry).
• Manage data flows between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enrichment/engagement systems.
• Keep contact and account records current with ZoomInfo and bulk updates.
